RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

As each piece is made to order specifically for you, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or preference. However, if the item is found to be faulty or defective upon delivery, we will work with you to arrange a repair or replacement at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order if you have any concerns about the quality of your product

RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

1. Damaged or defective product If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with pictures and details of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a return and replacement or refund.
2. Not as described If the product you receive is not as described and I faulty on our website, please contact us immediately to initiate a return.

REFUNDS : Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within [number] days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to arrange a return.
