4. Please be aware that our delivery partner will deliver your furniture order to your gate, and is not obligated to bring it inside your home. As our products are packed in sturdy plywood boxes to prevent damage, they can be quite heavy. Therefore, it is important that you make the necessary arrangements to help move the furniture into your desired location. Please note that our delivery partner is not equipped to open the box or move the furniture beyond the gate. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

However, in the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide evidence of the damage.
